Dr. Selami Balcı Spoke on TYT Türk About Smart Cities and Parking Management
Parking Management Expert Dr. Selami Balcı appeared as a guest on the Dijital Vatan program broadcast on TYT Türk, where he evaluated the future of urban mobility and the importance of smart parking systems.
Balcı emphasized that with the technologies developed by ParkExpert, they are realizing the vision that “the parking problem can be solved.”

He shared that, within the framework of the Istanbul Parking Master Plan, they developed a seven-phase management model that integrates capacity planning, demand forecasting, digital guidance, and revenue management under one platform.

Balcı noted that these models position parking spaces as digital assets, offering new opportunities for both the urban economy and investors.
